About the opportunity

Minprovise is growing and we are on the hunt for a business leader to establish the strategy and deliver outstanding performance of our scoping, estimating, SOW planning, labour and equipment scheduling, project delivery and technical services functions. It’s a large, business-critical portfolio of work for our business and it requires an authentic leader to generate a vision and drive it home. Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager – Site Services believes in the value of genuine, long-lasting relationships, inside the business and out.

What you bring to the table:

  • Wisdom and experience from your 10 years’ plus of leadership experience in project or shutdown maintenance delivery.
  • Business development charisma and charm, with a healthy, continuously growing network.
  • Tendering and commercial experience, with proven capability in delivering project or shutdown scoping, estimating, EOI’s, RFQ’s/RFT’s, planning and scheduling.
  • A strategic mindset – developing and delivering achievable plans and performance to contribute to sustainable growth for Minprovise.
  • Operational excellence and consistent delivery of profitable operations.

This is a permanent, full-time role, typically be working Monday to Friday, with regular ventures to our projects and sites.

Traits we look for

Ideally, you have university qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce or a similar discipline. You are a commercial and numbers guru, with demonstrated contract negotiation and interpretation skills. MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must. A mechanical operational background is a bonus.
